Overall Satisfaction with hireEZ

We use hireEZ as a search tool within our recruiting/sourcing team. We like the product as it is synced with our ATS, allowing us to search previous profiles and reqs in one spot. The business problem it addresses is allowing us to get another touch point with candidates. Unfortunately, LinkedIn only allows you to message a profile, where hireEZ will provide personal contact info if they have it. This allows us to hit candidates from multiple touchpoints. Also the drip campaigns allow you to do work upfront and then let the system do the rest!

Pros

  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Ability to make drip campaigns of multiple steps
  • Keep an organized list of who has to be messaged, who has been messaged and who has responded
  • Allowing us to export a profile right into our ATS and req

Cons

  • Their AI feature is not very good and is very generic
  • Their predicted availability and salary ranges are usually way off
  • I wish the skills section was ranked instead of just listed together
  • We have been able to get 3 offers this year from hireEZ
  • We have a greater outbound reach out number than before
Usability is good, but I do notice they change the interface and other areas of the site often. This sometimes feel like you have to go back and relearn where things moved to or what was added. Other than that it is very easy to get around the site and find what you need quickly.
I think they are very similar but different in their own right. LinkedIn Recruiter is what most of grew our careers on and are familiar with. The negative with them is there really has not been many updates with them over the years and it seems their system is getting less reliable every day with crashes or glitches. hireEZ has constantly done updates and added new features that make the experience better for the user. Also the functionalities are different and useful for what we do at our company.

I speak highly of hireEZ internally. I believe their are use cases for both hireEZ and LinkedIn and whatever other sites are used in recruiting. hireEZ is well suited when you want to reach out to candidates with contact information after maybe seeing they have not responded to most LinkedIn messages. We have also had a bit of success in going back to old reqs that we can search through hireEZ in a seamless way and reach out to those candidates.
