Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I recently signed a contract with Vincere. I
wish I had not.
The system is OK and functions largely as per the
demo. The level of customer service and people interactions
in general is atrocious. The sales techniques, particularly with regards to
pricing is unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to speak to a manager, who was
unapologetic and unhelpful. I would urge any prospective purchasers to strongly
consider the alternatives.
