Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I recently signed a contract with Vincere. I

wish I had not.

The system is OK and functions largely as per the

demo. The level of customer service and people interactions

in general is atrocious. The sales techniques, particularly with regards to

pricing is unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to speak to a manager, who was

unapologetic and unhelpful. I would urge any prospective purchasers to strongly

consider the alternatives.

We use Vincere as our sole recruitment CRM.

Vincere is hands down the best recruitment CRM I have ever used, throughout a recruitment career that spans over a decade.

The platform is well designed and intuitive.

The customer support team are excellent and always on hand for any queries, no matter how small they may be.

Our team, and our clients love using Vincere and I highly recommend it as a go to platform for all recruiters!

I use Vincere as our primary ATS across our recruitment team. We're a specialist Diversity Recruitment Agency. Vincere helps to manage candidates, employee activity and client relationships.

Our primary usage point with candidate and role management. Vincere makes it incredibly easy to add and search for candidates, and to see at a glance your candidate pool and progress for any particular role.

  • Individual job progress stats (ribbon)
  • Sending emails and setting up tasks

Cons

  • The UI on occasions is unclear (i.e. at a glance Contact information, before the window is expanded)

We are a recruitment business specialising in the property sector, mainly real estate, the construction industry and legal conveyancing. All our consultants, resourcers and support staff use Vincere on a daily basis, matching candidates to our clients' vacancies.

Pros

  • Clear presentation of client and candidate details
  • Intuitive yet simple candidate registration to placement process
  • Superb support from certain team members

Cons

  • Prior to migration it would have been useful for access to a 'dummy' Vincere site for greater understanding of the functions available.
  • Vincere Intelligence has some annoying features i.e. US dates and it takes some time to update/refresh
  • Though the training is excellent to have someone actually in our offices in person should be included as part of implementation/training

The Applicant Tracking System for the recruitment company wishing to scale their technology

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The Vincere applicant tracking system is the primary recruitment tool for our company. We use Vincere with multiple integrations allowing for smooth and efficient collection and distribution of candidate information when forwarding resumes to client companies. Search functionality is excellent allowing candidates and client records to found with ease. Being an Access Group owned company which also own multiple other platforms associated with recruitment we aligned with Vincere for the direction they were heading with candidate engagement. While we already integrate with AI platforms, web platforms, reference checking, video interviewing software and have job loading integrations it is the future developments underway at Vincere that make the product even more enticing.

Pros

  • Candidate search functions are brilliant
  • Has multiple integrations
  • Is constantly coming up with innovative solutions
  • Being independent of major New Zealand job boards means increased security of information. It is more difficult for the duopoly job boards here to assess where our candidate applications originates from. This is relevant given the involvement one prominent job board has with a competing ATS system.

Cons

  • While Vincere has spell check correcting keyboard, spelling and grammatical errors is more difficult than it should be. This is somewhat mitigated by ongoing development in other areas.
  • Vincere invoicing systems could be improved. This is not a huge problem if you don't have multiple accounts with parent company access group but we do and this can be confusing at times. Not a deal breaker by any standards so more a general comment than a complaint.

Likelihood to Recommend

Extremely well suited to recruitment operations wishing to scale technology and mange data effectively. Would also work well in larger organisations with internal hiring teams. The product is a heavy weight in terms of functionality, particularly so with multiple integrations so it may not suit technophobes with learning challenges. A top end product with a very bright future if the pace of development continues to roll out solutions that pair with other Access Group solutions such as Volcanic.

We have recently purchased and migrated to Vincere CRM and ATS for our business after 17 years with another provider. We are in week one of go live, so early days for the business.

Cons

  • As we are early adopters it's too soon to comment. The only teething problems we have at the moment is calendar integration.

The perfect CRM/ATS for my interim management business

We are an interim management provider and consultancy. We have a growing network of consultants on our books working ad hoc, planted, and long term assignments. A spreadsheet or simple crm wouldn't cut it. Vincere ensures we are compliant (important in the care sector, where we wholly operate), keeps us efficient, and helps us manage our business with ease of use.

  • Google map is very useful

Cons

  • Onboarding / training could be better. I found it hard to follow
