Overall Satisfaction with Vincere

We have recently purchased and migrated to Vincere CRM and ATS for our business after 17 years with another provider. We are in week one of go live, so early days for the business.

  • As we are early adopters it's too soon to comment. The only teething problems we have at the moment is calendar integration.
  • As new adopters it's early days to measure ROI impact and productivity levels.
Having recently migrated to Vincere, our team received demonstrations and sales presentations from 2 other competitors. We were by far impressed by many of the Vincere features, the support on offer, the ability to add on further integrations and the mobile app with built in messaging.

The overall support from the Vincere team through to go live date has been excellent. The training, the communication, the project plan and the migration of data was seamless. Any questions and queries raised during the implementation process were answered and responded to efficiently and quickly. Shout out to Alan, Lisa and Gert, amazing support and response.

The whole experience from the user perspective, particularly in relation to advanced search has so far exceeded our expectations.
