Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use IBM watsonx Orchestrate ai to build model and train them with company data and deploy them in apps and monitor them. I can use more open source libraries easily and I deploy in both saas and on prem instances. I predominantly take its help in designing automation and chatbot related stuffs.
Pros
- It will generate report based on my requirement via directly pulling data if the source is specified
- No extensive coding is needed, it works well with NLP
Cons
- Complexity in integrating things
- Making this lowcode to no code
- Need to improve stability and scalability at production level
- Documentation could have improved
Likelihood to Recommend
When we are designing a solution for cross functional teams and that solution involves multiple business workflows then IBM watsonx Orchestrate is very well used at that particular scenario. IT service desk queries and L1 level of support can be automated through IBM watsonx Orchestrate For AI R&D usecase we cannot use this extensively
