After using this service I created a simple chatbot which is free and my requirement was also below 10,000 messages per month so I used the free plan. … Easy to make and use and so I gave it a 8 but yes again for large scale enterprises this might not be a go to tool considering it's free subscription has no SMS or push enabled and has a limit.

I can easily say it is the best you can have right now at affordable prices and you can try a free trial. … If you hire a software team to create a chatbot it may cost you around minimum $6000.
