Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate
I use this tool to automate my daily tasks to manage workflows of Cisco assets as I mostly work on Cisco such as preparing reports and triggering updates. It helps me reduce the level of manual effort and eliminate the reoccurring tasks which ensure quicker, accurate, efficient, and consistent performance.
Pros
- automate repetitive data collection, processing and reporting tasks
- Integrates with many other tools like cisco we tool.
- has quick alerts, notification, approval and rejections triggers.
Cons
- performance can be laggy when feeding larger data for multiple actions.
- It does not have much customisation options.
- Debugging the automation failures can be very time consuming which should be improved.
- It has reduced manual data processing time with its automating the reoccurring tasks.
- It also has improved data accuracy
- Because it has reduced my workload, I am able to focus on more insights to offer instead of just working on repetitive tasks.
As per my perspective I find its ability to automate repetitive data workflows, its ability to integrate with many of our daily used tools and trigger actions on based of live activity of the asset. I also value that how it can centralize all the workflows in one place which reduces the manual work and keep the asset insights across teams.
IBM watsonx Orchestrate allowed me to automate asset data workflows which previously needed many manual steps such as cleaning the data sets, generating numerous reports, and triggering follow up actions though multiple tools. I can now create automated routines using the prompts which I couldn't do before in natural language prompts.
