Reporting Functionality

The reporting functionality for our profit and loss accounts could be improved. We had the option within Sage 1000 to run the same report for all 120 branches across our company. Within Sage Intacct, we have had to set up 120 individual reports for all of our branches and automate the running of these with tasks which does seem like a step backwards

Module Functionality and Development

The grants module is difficult to understand/implement

Data Import and Manipulation

The import struggles with some of our credit card accounts with American Express.
