We use Introhive to pinpoint relationships and sync information on prospects/clients to our CRM. It's helpful to research who knows who at what company.
Pros
- UX is clean and nice to navigate.
- It's easy to search for relationships.
- The leaderboard adds gamification to the system.
Cons
- The login URL is tricky for users to remember.
- Smartsync can be tricky and not work at times.
- There are potential data concerns with personal information/contacts being synced if you don't opt-out.
Likelihood to Recommend
Introhive is great as a sales enablement tool. It helps to track relationships, especially when going after a new prospect. We spend a lot less time updating information in our CRM. I like that data is real-time and syncs in the background, making sales relationships easier to manage and pinpoint.
