Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Jumplead is widely used by our sales and marketing team. In our department, it is mainly used for tracking our visitors' activity. It provides us with so much understanding about guests visiting our web. Jumplead has this powerful contact management feature that allows us to sort out and follow up on potential leads by sending automated emails. It is a great partner in automating our marketing processes.

  • When uploading names to contact list, we need both the first and last name.

Jumplead is an amazing tool for marketing automation. It has proven to be a great tool for tracking visitors' activities like chat sessions, web visits, email communications, and if forms have been filled out. It notifies us whenever the visitors open an email. Jumplead is efficient, and reliable and it works well for b2b sales. Our department and sales team are totally satisfied with it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across our entire company in a reseller capacity. It provides easy to use marketing technology support to our client's campaigns.

Pros

  • Pricing. Jumplead is dollar for dollar the best bang for you buck.
  • Simplicity. Jumplead includes only the essential features that most small businesses need.
  • Fanatically support. Response time is measured in minutes and is incredibly helpful.

Cons

  • UI has some annoying issues, like being unable to copy certain items.
  • Cannot daisy chain automations.
  • API is not a true REST API, it requires Oath.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for monthly tech budgets under $500. It's not very well suited for ecommerce. Not suitable for large scale enterprise due to the limited API. Not suitable for people who are not at least a little tech savvy. However, anyone who can use WordPress can use this, so that is nice.

If you want a simple, straight-forward Inbound Marketing platform, Jumplead is making giant waves!

Hello Alan, Our agency, Lure Agency, uses Jumplead for our own business needs, as well as managing other company's business needs. Right now we are managing two other companies besides our own with Jumplead to assist in our inbound marketing efforts with Hotels and third party hotel management companies. Jumplead provides us with the outstanding ability to manage contacts, emails marketing, lead generation forms, landing pages, and more all in the same place for a reasonable and affordable price. We fully intend to keep using Jumplead and move new clients over to the Jumplead platform. Thank you for offering a place to review this service in the hopes of them making a bigger name for themselves so we can keep them around. Hopefully the cost doesn't go up though. :) - Melissa Rautenberg

Pros

  • Jumplead provides a great contact list database - You can assign contacts to different stages of the sales funnel, add different tags for different types of contact needs, add notes, see when contacts visit your website, how many times they visit, where they visit, and add auto-responder emails when contacts visit certain pages. Jumplead also provides users with hot leads lists of contacts that visit their via every day, once a week, once a month or never. The email notification is your choice.
  • Autoresponders and email blast - We send out multiple emails per month from 3 different accounts that we've started on Jumplead. (We can switch between all 3 accounts from one user interface.) With email and autoresponder emails we can set up schedules, automatic triggers, and see analytics with open rates, click through rates, deliveries, bounce back, unsubscribed and more.
  • Landing pages and lead generation forms - This are especially great because we can set up forms to capture contacts right from the Jumplead platform which makes all of the above functions more seamless.
  • Customer Service - Maybe I should have stated this one first. Matt and the rest of the team at Jumplead are, how do I say this, AMAZING! They have helped me figure out every question I have had, with attention to detail in explanation and with time sensitivity.

Cons

  • Contacts - The first and last name are mandatory for upload, which doesn't always work with our client contact lists. They started lead gen forms that captured contacts before starting with Jumplead that didn't require first and last name, so importing into Jumplead is either null and void or you have to fill in the spreadsheet with a letter in the first and last name column, which can be timely and inefficient.

Likelihood to Recommend

It suited for any company that wants to track their conversions, contacts, emails, and lead gen forms all in one place. The only question that would need to be asked is if the company is actually going to utilize the platform; if not, it would be a waste of money.

Pros

  • Tracks visitor activity by IP address and then associates all traffic with an individual when they fill out a form
  • Email auto-responders, broadcasts, and automations
  • Live chat tool to interact with people on your site
  • Keyword ranking tool shows how you rank for selected keywords
  • Traffic analysis tool shows where traffic comes from by source: Organic, Paid, Social, Referral, Direct, etc.
  • Easy to use forms
  • Integration with Salesforce that shows Lead activity from Jumplead
  • Zapier API allows integration with other tools
  • Management of contacts on various lists
  • Notification alerts when contacts visit specific pages on your site

Cons

  • Live chat needs some work. It is somewhat limited in functionality.
  • Contact management needs more flexibility to search, add, delete, and edit.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great as a marketing automation tool. It has limited capabilities as a CRM to manage contacts. You'll want to use a separate tool like Capsule, Pipedrive, or Salesforce for your CRM needs.
