We use Klevu on our D2C website. We use their enhanced search functionality to help customers find exactly what they're looking for on site, by way of many different keywords. Many of our customers search products by ingredients and before Klevu, there wasn't a way to pull in this information.
Pros
- Great customer success team
- Always sharing with us their latest product offering
- Their technical support team is very helpful and willing to hop on calls with us
Cons
- I think you definitely need someone technical in house to help assist and customize
- They're pretty stern on pricing
Likelihood to Recommend
I think Klevu is a great solution for brands looking to enhance their website. They have templates that may work for brands that don't have a tech team. Their product offering can also be fully customizable but this would require some development work on the brand end. Overall, would recommend them!
