Koodisi

Koodisi is an enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) for connecting CRM, ERP, human resource management systems (HRMS), IT service management (ITSM), databases, files, APIs, and other business applications. Its visual workflow builder enables business and technical teams to create data transformations and cross-system processes without maintaining integration infrastructure or writing custom middleware for every connection.

The platform includes native API Management for publishing workflows as secured APIs, maintaining OpenAPI and JSON Schema contracts, applying token-based access controls, configuring client profiles, and enforcing rate limits. Development, staging, and production environments support versioning, approvals, deployment gates, and rollback. OpenTelemetry logs, metrics, and traces provide execution-level observability, while configurable retries, alerts, audit trails, role-based access controls, and sensitive-field masking support production operations and governance.

Koodisi lists more than 80 integrations, including Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Jira, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Shopify. Native connectors cover REST, SOAP, SFTP, databases, cloud storage, and change data capture streams. A built-in REST Client can connect other systems that expose an API.

Koodisi can also expose approved workflows as Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, allowing AI agents to initiate governed actions without receiving direct credentials to underlying systems. Deployment options vary by plan; Enterprise supports cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
