We used Logi-Serve as a Behavioral Assessment platform and Realistic Job Preview in support of KellyConnect, which is our Contact Center Outsourcing business unit. The platform was integrated into our Applicant Tracking System and used to help screen Customer Service applicants. It allowed us to provide a realistic preview of the job responsibilities and duties in an attempt to have candidates self-nominate out of the application process if they felt the job was not the right fit. For those who expressed interest, the Behavioral Assessment platformed provided the ability to screen and filter applicants against a profile that reflected the behavioral attributes of our strongest performers.
