What is Lucius?

Lucius is a Government Contracting and Proposal management platform designed for public-sector suppliers. The solution automates the extraction of compliance requirements from tender documentation and provides bid-intelligence to support the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs).

Key Capabilities

  • Automated Document Analysis: Supports the ingestion of up to 25 files in PDF, DOCX, Excel, and ZIP formats. The system extracts mandatory requirements and compliance obligations, providing page-level citations for every identified constraint.
  • Compliance Matrix Generation: Automatically maps constraints within the ITT, technical specifications, and general conditions to ensure all mandatory criteria are addressed in the response.
  • Bid/No-Bid Risk Scoring: Generates a risk-scored recommendation and win-probability assessment based on the extracted criteria to assist in resource allocation decisions.
  • Grounded Proposal Drafting: Generates initial drafts based on specific evaluation criteria and historical bid data. The system includes logic designed to prevent the inclusion of unverifiable or fabricated claims.
  • Procurement Monitoring: Tracks public procurement opportunities across the UK, Ireland, the EU (TED), the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Counterparty Screening: Flags contracting authorities against international sanctions and watchlists during the initial bid assessment phase.
