Mave
What is Mave?
Mave is an agentic SecOps platform. It works across existing security tools without requiring raw telemetry to be migrated into a new data store, copied into another data lake, or indexed centrally. Mave queries connected systems when work is performed, then reasons across the returned evidence.
Key capabilities
- Investigation: Mave will triage all security alerts under 5 minutes using ad-hoc evidence across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud, email, network, and other connected systems. It reconstructs activity, identifies missing evidence, produces a disposition, and documents the result.
- Threat intelligence and hunting: Mave applies intelligence about actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities, indicators, and techniques to the organization’s environment. It can assess relevance, identify potentially affected assets, hunt across tools, and recommend changes to detections or response.
- Detection engineering: Investigation outcomes and hunt findings can be used to create, test, tune, and maintain detections across supported platforms.
- Automation and response: Mave Agents provide an alternative to fixed SOAR playbooks. Agents can gather context, adapt their next steps to the evidence, request approval, execute authorized actions, and record what occurred.
- Ask Mave: A natural-language interface allows security teams to investigate activity, launch hunts, query their environment, and initiate authorized workflows across connected systems
Governance and operational value
Mave Agents operate within defined permissions, policies, and approval requirements. Evidence, decisions, and actions are recorded to support review and accountability.
The platform is designed to reduce manual Tier 1/2 triage, cross-tool evidence collection, SOAR playbook maintenance, repetitive threat research, and response handoffs. Organizations can measure its impact through investigation coverage, analyst time saved, mean time to respond, and reduced reliance on outsourced investigation services or duplicate telemetry infrastructure.
