Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use both Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio for all the agent creation and getting things solved using Agentic AI. We use Microsoft Copilot Studio as it helps us work with the agents live and gives us all the required documents and other things. We are using the same for multi-agent coordination as well, and we are able to integrate the same with other tools as well, like ServiceNow, to get the optimum utilization of AI in Copilot Studio.

Pros

  • We can create agents and can train the agents in a way that you get all the work done from them for which you take hours in minutes.
  • Once you create a storage within the agent then can create another agent to coordinate with each other to do the work without any hallucinations.
  • We have created 3 agents one for windows team one for storage team and one for NOC team now All are trained in their work and have a repository for each specific area. we integrated them in a way that they talk to each other incase we as for, being a NOC associate if I need some windows information then I can ask my agent to get it for me from the windows agent if I have access for it.

Cons

  • As I said It hallucinates some time for which you have to be very precise to be on the top of the agents.
  • The billing structure is very bad Microsoft should work on ease of the billing structure.

Return on Investment

  • We were able to remove 2 FTE's post the Agentic AI implementation for all the teams.
  • We have worked further to ingrate the same with Servicenow in few areas which we are trying to do for all the teams which will further reduce the workload by 25% and will be able to remove 1 more FTE.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have explored using Microsoft Copilot Studio within our business to create chatbot agents which help with a variety of tasks. Most notably to create a general use knowledge bot for our entirely operational workforce. The goal of this bot is to improve discovery of knowledge, and improve the user experience by condensing complexity into plain language.
