mjlsi is a board management system, from hawsabah. With it, users can:

1- prepare for a meeting and invite client through e-mail, mobile SMS, the application itself, or through a web site. On invitation, clients can see the time and reason for the meeting, and if there are any documents attached, as well as accept or decline to participate.

2- Discuss meeting topics, and share additional documents

3-view, share, vote, and comment shared documents

4-task assignment for decision-makers and processing meeting minutes

5-system alerts - member messaging

6- upload and categorize files, store comments and notes

7- invitations, schedule of work, view and share, vote, minutes of the meeting
