Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Diligent is used to create meeting packs for boards and committees. It creates a one-stop centre for accessing and disseminating information. Diligent is also used to line up documents for approval. It is also a repository of information, leveraging the access rights restrictions to ensure that confidentiality is maintained i.e only persons who need to access a document can and should access them.

Very user friendly especially for those that are not familiar with the product. Easy to upload documents and easy to preview documents. Updates are helpful with additions. Exporting documents is a breeze. Training new staff on Diligent Boards is easy as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for new board apps.

i am an administrator at my organisation. i use Diligent to load documents and create decks for board committees. the platform has proven to be user friendly for both administrators and directors. also very safe for confidential data. i love that there are resources within the platform that form part of learning how the platform works. Diligent is very practical.

Pros

  • Customer service is great. if any of the built resources are not sufficient to resolve a challenge, reaching out to Diligent, there is always someone ready to assist till a challenge is resolved
  • Assistance is readily available at any given time
  • Diligent is progressive, always creating ways to ease how we do work

Cons

  • because my scope is not very wide, I have not experienced challenges that requires further improvement by Diligent
