- The ticketing system they use, Proximity can be flaky. Sometimes, do not receive ticket updates

Helps us not have to keep a full-time DBA on staff, cheaper to pay Navisite for this service. On top of job failures/server issues. Limited to a certain number of production servers, we have an assigned number of hours outside of monitoring, not very proactive on using those hours. Other vendors do not have a server limit on monitoring.
