Cons
- In my experience, bugs with trying to tag documents
- In my experience, issues with clients not getting emails
- In my opinion, ID Verification process could be much smoother
Return on Investment
- Holding up Notaries for my clients
- Multiple attempts for the ID verification and online notary
- Quality control of notaries not signing documents causing multiple sessions
