In my experience, bugs with trying to tag documents
In my experience, issues with clients not getting emails
In my opinion, ID Verification process could be much smoother

Holding up Notaries for my clients
Multiple attempts for the ID verification and online notary
Quality control of notaries not signing documents causing multiple sessions

In my experience, not enough insight into the documents that were set up. In my opinion, payment options are not clear for clients, terminology and instructions for clients are lacking, process is more cumbersome than it should be

Much better in terms of usability and the dashboard is fully developed as if they have more experience with clients and have worked out the issues.

In my opinion, too much room for improvement right now and need something that is functioning properly. In my experience, always having to provide them with ways to improve as if I was part of their development team
