OctopusPro has all the features a small firm needs to work together on sales activities. It's quite simple to use and intuitive. In my current position, I utilize it daily. In OctopusPro, there are a lot of different ways to complete the same activity, which is great, but it can get confusing and make it challenging to establish routine procedures with our team. Due to the numerous functions, there is a slight learning curve. Because it is so configurable, it did take some time to set up, but the work was well worth it.

OctopusPro makes these tasks simple and easy. OctopusPro has really pleased me, especially with the abundance of educational materials it offers. As a rookie to the corporate world with limited CRM knowledge, I've found the webinars and friendly staff to be invaluable. Their knowledge has made it simple for me to get past every challenge I've encountered.

Everything that wasn't really necessary was removed. This CRM is for a sales team that wants to work quickly and combine phone, email, and SMS. It only takes a few seconds to update a lead or enter a new one. This is something I've never seen a CRM do! I'm leaving Zoho, which is excellent, but slow, slow, slow. Octopuspro provided me with all I needed, and I wasn't even using 1% of what Zoho has to offer. Additionally, prompt customer service when I need it!

I adore their power dialer and telemarketing features in general, first and foremost. Close is, in my opinion, the greatest CRM in this division. Its simple customization allowed us to precisely tailor it to our requirements. We have successfully integrated it with all other applications to date, and even our offline touchpoints are now close.

We use it every day, and in the event that we ran into an issue, the customer service personnel promptly solved it.
