Omnipack

We need a platform to make a logistical operation for a brand new import business as the dropshipping model. Actually, my partner was in the coordination but I can say that we came from a place with no idea of what to do with logistics to a complete solution for us.

Actually, I don't know so many business that do this kind of work, so if anyone asks for this type of business that work in europe and has all these tools they have Omnipack definitely will be the only option, but as a good one. In any other scenario I would recommend for a search.

Omnipack was our outsourcing partner for logistics (including warehousing, stock-taking, collecting, packaging, and shipping the products to end customers). Their system was directly linked to our e-commerce platform so that all the orders can be streamlined to the warehousing system live. The company was also receiving our incoming packages and doing the initial count.

On the efficiency of logistic work (warehousing, stock-taking, sending out products to end customers) Omnipack was very efficient and we were not complaining about this. It was unfortunately way worse in the area of communication and the way we were treated by them. Our SPC was changed multiple times over the course of our cooperation (ca. 2 years) and it was difficult to sort out anything with them. A lot of invoices that we received included some strange positions that we were disagreeing with. We did not feel like we were real partners to them. All this led to our decision of resigning from cooperation with Omnipack and switch to the competition.
