Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We are using Oorwin in our organisation since 2019 and it is very helpful for us to automate the hiring process.Requirement will be added through VMS Directly on Oorwin with client and other required details.We can submit the candidate over there and manager will forward the resume to client through this.We can use the Oorwin to send the paperwork also .Once any jobs will be posted in Oorwin it will automatically added in our website and other job boards for applicants.i found it very helpful for End to end recruitment process

Cons
- It will normally work smooth in very higher speed so sometime whenever we have poor connection it’s hard to fetch candidate.
- Need to improvement for c2c vendor list
Return on Investment
- It’s very less time consuming for end to end recruitment process and saves lots of time of recruiter.
- It’s not so costly
- We will get very less response through mass emailing to candidates
- Most of the time email sent through Oorwin went in spam so less response
