OpenText Portal - Easy to use and ready to watch
- Delivering accurate and precise information to the target people had been complex in the traditional ways of sending information, files or any material that would be useful for everyday platforms, OpenText sets the standard to be able to manage in a simple, customizable and intuitive information in easily accessible web portals.
- One of the greatest facilities it provides in the field is in holding events virtually, as it can host the main menu for registration, questions, access and other useful information for participants.
- It also provides a very useful documentation management capacity for the control of all the data that passes through us.
- Exceptional handling of data and documents.
- Intuitive and simple management of the portal.
- Integration of third-party applications such as Sharepoint.
- Great customer service and support.
- Construction of components as templates for end users.
- From my experience, despite being intuitive, the learning process can be slow.

OpenText Portal is used to present in an aggregated format multiple pieces of information, leveraging on existing platforms and systems. All this can be done with minimum effort, especially from IT experts. The stakeholders are both internal and external, adjusting the content as required, adhering to a need to know basis.
