OpenText's Web Experience Management is part of the Canadian company's Customer Experience suite and is based on the Vignette product that OpenText acquired in 2009. It features non-technical, simplified editing and delivery of interactive, dynamic targeted multi-channel content from leveraging visitor characteristics (localization, regionalization, globalization, analytic, etc). It contains the requisite secure and compliant document management and workflow controls necessary for enterprise scalable content management systems. It is a cloud-based or on p-premise service, and can also be deployed to to create a departmental intranet, a dynamic self-service Web site, and a mobile-experience of all of the above.
