Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The sales team loves using Paperflite. We use tracking extensively to track all of our clients, distributors, and other people. I can view it when my client stops viewing my videos, my decks, and my case studies. I have exact insight into knowing which page they are reading and spending time on exactly.

The sales team uses constantly all the sharing features. We share Collections and share individual assets as well to our distributors. They consume our catalogs, price guides, delivery timeline schedules, and much more. For every content, I know the granular level of consumption that is occurring. I no longer have to make any guesses based on content. I am able to schedule follow-ups based on real time content.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paperflite is the savior of our company and my team. I use it to create what they call Collections. The microsites are limitless. I can share content, images, videos, books, anything I want, event HTML files. There is no limit on size and no lag on the experience. The tracking also lets me see if certain content is consumed more than the rest.

As a partnerships manager, I send out a lot of personalised content. The Collections help me elevate my work with my team's work while sharing. We don't use boring email attachments any longer but use these microsites. These are very beautiful pages, and my clients love viewing this. They are consuming more content compared to earlier.

The extensive and precise tracking stats they offer are nice. With the ability to carefully track end user behaviour, it greatly aids my team and I in determining how well our material is received by the audience. The niche reporting allows us to breakdown individual clients as well amongst many other categories

Teams that are heavily data based will enjoy Paperflite's reporting modules. The conversations allow individual prospect measuring compared to the admin reporting view of the complete content. Internal understanding has allowed us to ensure consumption of content has increased and ROI is increasing with every new document created. Our CRM integration allows us to associate revenue to content as well

Paperflite is very easy to use with regards to content sharing. It has become really easy to contact our prospects with the needed content without having to leave the platform for sharing a particular piece of content. The range to customise almost everything in the platform is one of the coolest things to do with Paperflite

Our major concern before Paperflite was having all our documents on a single platform for internal teams to consume. Internally, each one had an outdated version and it got hard to keep track of the updated version. Paperflite's implementation helped us solve the issues stated above seamlessly. Content management, content tracking, having up-to-date assets available to everyone in the team with ease are all gaps Paperflite filled for us.

Live Update on each assets: ensuring teams are using the up-to-date version.
Analytics on how the asset is being consumed.
Organized content on a single platform.

We use Paperflite as a single repository for all of our content. A large network of facilitators/teachers and students makes sharing content so much easier. With Paperflite, we have not only solved our content management issues but our sales teams have also been able to create personalized collections with the right assets, making it a phenomenal experience for the reader. This has helped increase overall engagement on the content asset and with the insights provided, we've also been able to gauge how well our content is performing internally and make changes to our content strategy.

Structuring our content: Paperflite has been a very insightful and essential tool for us that has helped rebuild our content management strategy. Before Paperflite, we used Google Drive to store all our content assets under various folders, and eventually, it got out of hand, where we had over 500 + assets with multiple folders and a lot of outdated files. Post-Paperflite, all our assets are streamlined onto various streams onto a content hub that is well structured and organized, with the ability to create custom filters that make it easier for teams at different geographic locations to find the right assets.

I can share a variety of material kinds across numerous channels using Paperflite in a single click, making it a binge-worthy experience. Over time, I've come to understand that having a personalized content library aids teams in staying current with all things content internally, which cuts down on the time needed to find the proper asset and unquestionably improves efficiency.
