Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Patronum helps us manage our Google accounts, and provides automation that is not available directly in the Google Workspace admin console or tools. It helps with other settings that are only available via API as well.

Cons

  • Sometimes the web app is a little flaky
  • Some actions are a bit slow
  • The contact management was difficult for us to use

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have some pain points that Patronum can help manage and you don't want to directly deal with Google's API's it can be extremely helpful. Similarly, if you have automations such as a required company signature based on aspects like job title and you either have high turnover or people change jobs a lot, the signature management can be worth the whole product all by itself.
