What is perfCopilot?
PerfCopilot is an AI-assisted writing tool for employee performance reviews. It collects work activity from connected systems and produces draft reviews in which each performance claim is linked to a supporting artifact.
PerfCopilot functions as a writing layer rather than a complete performance management system. Managers review and edit drafts before transferring completed reviews to an existing human resources platform.
