PerformYard has made a very long and tedious task of making, scheduling, and filing quarterly reviews extremely easy and fast. We are very happy with the quality of reviews PerformYard has made possible.
We use PerformYard as a tool to keep our employees in close contact with their managers regarding personal and company-wide goals. Given this, we usually meet in person twice a year however, PerformYard has given us the ability to save our thoughts, concerns, and goals in one place that we can access all throughout the year. The days of paper pushing and trying to remember what we accomplished in a six month period, have ended! It has kept our company more organized and we are able to go back to previous reviews to remind us what we need to work on.

Our company had a hard time transitioning from the old paper path (via MS office). Maybe a more thorough training would have helped everyone transition easier.
For some of my colleagues goals, they stated that they needed to retype the same information in multiple steps which made their goals take much longer than normal.
Making the dashboard a little more user friendly (e.g. larger icons, pictures, etc.) for easier navigation would be handy for a lot of my colleagues, as they are older and aren't as computer savvy.

PerformYard is a great tool for managers to utilize with their employees to make sure their personal goals are being met both on a company stand point and personal. Our company uses this tool for bi-annual reviews to make sure the previous review is never lost and is accessible by senior management if they want to track any reoccurring feedback. We found that trying to use this tool every day doesn't really help the company much. It is hard to keep a daily portfolio on employees that are too tight on time throughout the day and resulted in less honest feedback because they were rushing through it to get back onto their line.
PerformYard is used to set goals for projects and personal milestones for each employee. as their is progression made, we update the PerformYard so at anytime we can check the status and the progress being made by each employee. it works very well to maintain deadlines and ensure everyone is staying on task

Perform Yard allows our organization to communicate with others across the company. It allows us to leave positive comments and shout out to others and allows for everyone to see how everyone is in the company is doing. It’s not so ideal for small groups. The precise questions asked of the employees makes it perfect for the responses to paint the overall picture of the progress and production of the employee, and helps supervisors really gauge the output from their employees. Overall, it is a great tool to utilize for monitoring employees progress, as well as evaluate the employee at your end to assist with setting goals for the new year.
I use PerformYard to create and track employee goals. We also utilize it to give recognition to employees. It is extremely useful to keep up on employee anniversaries. My favorite thing about this platform is the ability for employee reviews. I love that the employee also does a self review, alongside the managers. In a thriving cannabis industry, there are multiple working parts. Having one platform that all departments can utilize, is priceless! Different departments can seem somewhat unconnected, this brings us all to one place. From a human resources standpoint, this is a game changer! We had multiple spreadsheets to track employees, and PerformYard has put it all in one nice neat little package that is easy to navigate.
We use it for self-evaluations and for performance reviews by our employers. Within my scope as an employee, I am able to write a self-evaluation and review the evaluations of my employer. It is a very helpful tool as it allows room to go in-depth about how we are performing and the standard we are meeting.
