PerformYard is an Employee Performance Management platform for HR teams, managers, and employees. It supports configurable review cycles, goal setting, continuous feedback, one-on-one meetings, skills tracking, performance improvement plans, and employee development workflows.

HR teams can create annual, quarterly, project-based, 360-degree, peer, upward, and new-hire reviews with custom questions, participants, schedules, calculations, sign-offs, and notifications. Managers and employees can document goals, request or provide feedback, maintain meeting agendas and notes, and review performance histories. Reporting tools track cycle completion, performance trends, competencies, goal progress, and nine-box grid results. AI-assisted features provide review summaries, feedback-bias detection, meeting preparation, and coaching on review and goal quality.

PerformYard also provides Employee Engagement capabilities through anonymous or attributed surveys, eNPS tracking, participation monitoring, cohort analysis, and engagement trend dashboards. Its Compensation Management workflows connect performance data with merit and salary-adjustment cycles, manager budgets, pay bands, recommendations, approvals, and compensation-change records.

The platform connects with human resources information systems (HRIS), supports single sign-on, and integrates recognition activities with Slack and Microsoft Teams.
