For example, if time reporting is the primary use case, then PVE would be a very expensive timesheet when there are many less expensive and less complex tools that would do a fine job in this area. … Currently, our projects funded by the Development Budget are tracked with more rigor and also require the PM to provide accurate forecasting data in the Financial Planning area of PVE.

It's really helpful to manage the budget across different segments Approval flows is really helpful whenever there is a cost involved It should be helpful if you focus more on the Strategic reports.
