we use Planview Enterprise One as our project management tool within the PMO team for managing & tracking projects, resource and capacity planning & annual planning

- In my opinion it is very time consuming and has added a lot of additional work for PM's
- Like the capacity vs. demand report - however wish we could drill down to the project task level assignments and demands from this report as well, instead of having to pull different reports and try to match up
- From my experience, financials and effort actuals are never correct at any given time
