procuris is a public Procurement platform designed to manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from opportunity identification to bid submission. The tool utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) to perform semantic analysis of tender documentation rather than relying on keyword matching. It aggregates data from the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) portal, eVergabe, and other primary procurement systems. The software is designed to automatically group matching procedures, provide Contract Value estimations, and assign a Relevance Score to each opportunity to assist users in prioritization.
