We use Qwilr on our small and medium-sized business sales. The SMB representative preferred having something like this tool for sales calls and demos to help engage the potential customers and have a tool that could be easily customized with information to share with them. The tool is only being used by half the sales team.

It comes down to what the sales person prefers to use. There are many other tools that do the same thing, but if it is helping close down sales, then it is definitely worth it! Currently about half our sales team is using this tool and the other half prefers something different.

Qwilr is being used by our sales planning department and it is a great solution to help us untangle media proposals on a fast and creative way. Before Qwilr we had to depend on our design team in order to create beautiful presentations for our clients, ever since we started using it our delivery time became 50% faster and our clients have given us only positive feedback.

Pros

It has different and useful templates that can help you start creating amazing presentations
It is really intuitive to use
It can incorporate files from other companies like: Drive and YouTube in a really organic way.

Cons

I work on media so I love the quotes option but would love to have the option to break it down into more categories so it can look like a media plan and actually have our clients use it.
I like being able to edit stuff on CSS but I feel like there are some common functionalities that there should be available when editing slides with text and images.

Qwilr is an amazing tool to deliver great looking and smart presentations to your potential clients without having to depend on a design team. Editing is really fast as you can store your own templates, and they help you stand out throughout the whole sales process. You have the possibility to integrate your CRM to keep track of potential leads and it even shows you how many times a client opened or read the presentation. Finally it has an option to incorporate digital contracts so you can expedite the sales process. In summary QWILR will make you look good during your customer journey.

With Qwilr, we were able to create sales proposals and quotes. The thing [that] stood out to us is that Qwilr's pages were interactive in which you could embed content such as videos, maps and calendars. We felt that this impressed clients and kept them more engages when they could interact with their proposal.

Pros

Stock images are fantastic.
Extremely intuitive functionality.
Easy to drag and drop and can reuse complete building blocks makes it super easy to use.

Cons

Couldn't change the font type, size or color individually. Had to save it to a template.
Pricing tables aren't side by side which doesn't allow for side by side comparison of pricing tiers.
Sorting and organizing templates and folders is a bit inept.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for presentations to customers and keeping them engaged in your presentation. Although it is great for creating a highly customizable presentation, some users may want even more control over font, font size and font color. Some of my colleagues have expressed some dissatisfaction with the formatting as well as saving any formatting changes that have made.

We're a travel agency targeted for the B2B market so we send lots of proposals to clients. We use Qwirl because it allows us to present our unique selling proposition in a "sexy" way with a good professional clean design. It makes our lives a lot easier. The minimalist look & feel is a perfect match for our brand. We are also able to respond very fast with a tailor-made proposal.

It is perfect to create proposals and sales quotes. The pages have an excellent look & feel. Great for Sales Teams to create a good impression on the end customer. Good for anyone that wants to create an impact on the client with webpage proposals instead of PDFs sent by email. It can make a difference amongst your competition.<div>

We use Qwilr to send what we call "project links" to our prospects. This "link" includes blocks or slides about us, financial results, videos, pricing, etc. One of the major problems that it addresses for us is we have access to data to see when they clicked on the link and to see how long they spent on each block within the project link. We are no longer blindly sending proposals.

It is less appropriate in initial email communications with a prospect. We use it after the first contact has been made and interest has been established. I prepare their custom Qwilr project link and send it over. This now becomes their one-stop show for everything about our business. I get notified when it gets opened, which prompts me to call that prospect.

Qwilr is AMAZING! After years of trying to find the perfect tool to create stunning visual project quotes quickly we discovered Qwilr! Qwilr allows us to present projects that includes stunning visual properties including video. The ability to publish online to allow viewing on any device seamless has increased our conversion immensely.

Great selection of templates that you can customize.
Beautifully responsive designs.

Cons

Would like to see more text editing/styling options.
Some of the design/customization features can be a little tricky to navigate.
Can be a bit pricey if you have the need to do a high volume of proposals.

Likelihood to Recommend

Highly flexible tool that is well suited for any agency that has a need to create dynamic proposals. The web based viewing option is ideal for delivering your proposal, in particular when their are multiple people that need to review a proposal in a relatively short amount of time. It gives even the smallest agency a polished, professional, branded appeal.

Qwilr is a great Apple-like product with great customer service. It just works and works very well, like a clean, elegant Apple app. It reminds me of Apple's iWeb: WYSIWYG, intuitive, and it just works the way it's supposed to. It's very stable. <span style="letter-spacing: -0.15px; word-spacing: 0.35px;">It has some great native integrations with the best apps in a number of functional categories, except for PayPal, as well as integration with the Zapier network for further integrations, making it an almost ideal hub for web content creation, storage, and publishing for your online documents. </span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.15px; word-spacing: 0.35px;">Qwilr has native integrations with Google Adwords, Google Maps, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, Crisp, Pipedrive, Xero, and several others, as well as third-party integrations with the Zapier network of the most popular web apps.</span>
