Please read before committing to a contract with Relatient

Please read this review and do not sign up with Relatient. In my experience, they have constant service issues and no customer service line. You have to send an email and it can take weeks for them to respond. In my experience, if you try to cancel they will only allow you to cancel at your yearly renewal date even after your contract term expires and they won’t make a minute late exception even if their service is terrible. I asked them to pause our payments and service while we try to resolve the issues (I have hundreds of service tickets) and they cut off service, continued charging the account 446.00 a month and would not respond or verify. In my opinion, please look elsewhere and do not relive the nightmare I am with them. We are stuck for another 10 months and literally counting down the days to get rid of them!
