RSVP to this Software!
RSVPify is a very useful tool when creating and hosting events that you want anyone to RSVP for. It solves not only the RSVP head count scope, but it also provides the opportunity to gather customers information, preferences for the event, a simple way to contact guests, and a way to have all of your communication customized to your business aesthetic.
- makes the process simple
- gives an array of options to customize with
- makes the site versatile for different events/businesses
- makes the guests user experience easy
- it could be more affordable for free events, especially if you only use minimally
- they could add a credit card processing platform so you don't have to integrate
- not much else at the moment!
- keeping the process simple and accessible
- the ability to customize and make the event options as detailed as needed
- the ability to keep track of guests and their preferences
- the ability to check guests in and keep track at the event
- for events that bring in money, it helps us stay organized and therefore bring in more guests
- for free events, it still helps us but only costs us to use
- it helps our businesses reach more people by tracking guests across events
- it helps guests feel more included and accommodated and further support us
RSVPify has an easier user interface for my personal preference, as well as more features and options. Eventbrite serves a good purpose but I feel as if it is better suited for events that don't need as much attention on the guest list side, or don't need as much detail.

RSVPify is a hidden gem! I wish I knew about it sooner.
RSVPify is one of the most robust event management software on the market for a very reasonable price. I've used it for many business and marketing events - some that were open to anyone to RSVP and others where the person who RSVPs has to be on the list.
- Very easy to set-up an event webpage.
- Advanced features in regards to having open or closed RSVPs.
- Very affordable.
- Their admin user interface is a little clunky and could be updated.
- I wish there were more webpage templates.
- Ability to restrict invitations from being shared
- Price
- Admin vs Check-in user profiles
- Web page builder
- RSVPify is about 10x cheaper than other event softwares that have the same features.
- It took us from spending $1500+ per event just based on software licenses to around $100.
Splash is an expensive nightmare compared to RSVPify. Splash definitely has a better admin UI - looks cleaner, etc. but RSVPify has all of Splash's features plus more. RSVPify is much more customizable to your specific event needs. Splash is great for free events with an open guest list. Splash can also do paid events though I haven't tried that feature. But if you want to do an even with a closed RSVP list - i.e. only those invited can Attend - in a way that makes it easy to RSVP and easy to manage RSVPs then RSVPify is much more well suited for the task.
