Use Cases and Deployment Scope
SALESmanago is a tool I use on a daily basis, serving clients (mainly e-commerce) from various industries. The main problems we manage to solve are usually: lack of effective recovery of abandoned carts, lack of database segmentation, and poor personalization of communication. Thanks to SALESmanago, we usually solve all three of these main problems in a very short time.
Pros
- Possibility to create advanced, multichannel marketing automation scenarios.
- Possibility to combine behavioral, purchasing and declarative segmentation of database.
- Very good documentation that makes API integration easy.
Cons
- Pop-up wizards needs to be updated.
- Number of fields (20), and field limit (255 characters) in external events.
- Workflow analysis is not detailed enough if you have more than one email in scenario.
- Sending data from SALESmanago directly to Looker Studio should be easier.
Likelihood to Recommend
SALESmanago is the best for e-commerce, especially in FMCG segment, which more than few thousands subscribers in data base and +10k unique users in case of traffic per month. In my opinion it's not good idea to start with SALESmanago when the business is too small. For example: less than 5k traffic per month and less than 2 000 subscribers in database.
