Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud ERP

I am a consultant for SAP and run my organization, KATBOTZ LLC.

Pros

  • Robust and trustworthy system.
Mostly great for building trust; however, the system could be more user-friendly. Sometimes the systems are slow. We also need to find a way to simplify user support. It can be very complex to support an SAP system. The confusion/deep expertise creates an ROI issue as professionals can be expensive to hire.

Strong backbone to help me scale my business. We have best practices that will help take our business to the next stage.
Not using right now, but looking forward to it once we have installed.
SAP is more expensive and carries a premium, but it's the best option, and I trust it the most, as I have personally consulted on SAP products.

Does well Manufacturing companies - E2E integration. Product Costing integration with manufacturing. Order to Cash - E2E integration, Joule, and openness to integrating third-party products. Less appropriate AI capabilities - competition is moving faster. E2E professional services business as business is evolving faster, and new ideas are coming in at a fast pace.
