Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using at the discovery stage of big transformation projects. We use only the process manager, manually mapping processes, but we are building a business case for the process intelligence. In our company the processes are not documented so it is causing a lot of problem that before each transformation project we need to do long discovery phases with expensive external vendors.

Process standardization is made easier by having one portal accessible to everyone in the company for both process design and process collaboration on the published processes in the Collaboration Hub. Furthermore, having Process Intelligence to check for process conformance and real-time KPIs tracking enables us to have a 360 • view over the process and all the improvement potentials, all within the same system.
