Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ScreenSpace to create stories and tours for our product interface. We're able to tailor versions for different use cases or audiences, and easily share via email, our website, and embeddable links. The analytics and tracking give us insight into each story's unique performance.

ScreenSpace is great for product tours or demos and being able to tell a story around product use cases. It works well on websites, in emails, or even on video calls to pull up during sales conversations. ScreenSpace is also great to include GIF-style in outreach to potential users and even in existing customer communication to highlight new use cases, features, or provide additional context.

Screenspace brought our product's story to life!

It was difficult to tell the story of our product in context of how it works. Screenspace was able to perfectly marry the two together - giving "ah-ha" moments to our website visitors and evaluators. We have it in our website, as well as in our leave-behinds for the sales team.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Screenspace is super well suited to tell the story of why a product exists in an agency-level, interactive way. It's unmatched for Product marketers, and demand gen teams looking to increase conversions on a website as well as equip their sales teams with something to share before & after demos.

It's not suited for individual contributors to build custom demos on a person-by-person or account-by-account basis. Save that for something like Loom. Screenspace is also not a Sales Engineering Tool.

We used ScreenSpace for an interactive demo to be featured on our vendor-facing website. We were in need of an engaging demo that showed vendors how easy it was to claim their free TrustRadius profile and to demonstrate how TrustRadius was more than just a review site, but truly a buyer decisioning platform.

Pros

  • UX/UI of the user dashboard is very clean and modern
  • Really slick graphics and animations to support the demo
  • Ability to create multiple UTMs and track individual demo metrics

Cons

  • Some of the share link prompts and UI were confusing, but I reached out to Darren and we were able to quickly resolve
  • Depending on where we placed the demo, we had to adjust the Zoom number, and add in some custom code for it to work properly on our existing WordPress site

Likelihood to Recommend

The demos can be used in a number of ways, whether you want it front and center on your website's home page, or more in the background. The dashboard and ability to easily edit was really nice to use. We went through several changes on our copy/creative and it was easy to make quick changes and then the demo was automatically updated on our web pages.

We had the challenge of educating our customers on the full breadth of our product and needed to scale our initial product demo in a self-service way. ScreenSpace solves this problem perfectly.

We embed an interactive ScreenSpace demo into our home page and have seen significant engagement with the feature. This reduced the time to value for our prospects and saves hours of precious time for our sales team.

We've used ScreenSpace in a number of ways:

- As product overview on our main marketing site to explain the benefits of our platform

- As a product tutorial inside of our platform for self-service onboarding, saving our account management team hundreds of hours

- As a sales tool, letting salespeople stay in one platform, rather than bouncing between sales decks, spreadsheets, and our platform.

Pros

  • The interface is easier to use than Powerpoint/Google Slides/Keynote.
  • The customization possibilities are easy to grasp and implement, without being overwhelming to non-designers.
  • The customer service goes above and beyond.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a way of organizing or tagging different creations, either by department using them or by use case.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a great tool for companies that have a technology platform and want to let users explore particular parts of interest to them, companies with sales teams that want to present more in-depth than a deck - particularly well-suited for Zoom-type pitches, and for letting users self-navigate FAQs/knowledge-base type of information. It's not so great for companies that don't have content or information that goes in-depth.

I started using Screenspace as we were experiencing issues during demos. Our platform was a bit too slow and demos would take too long because of the plethora of features we have, but with screenspace they go much faster as we can just highlight specific features and draw the attention of the prospect to the things they care about the most based on their role.

With multiple audience segments to cater to, we utilize ScreenSpace to provide low-pressure, informative tours of our platform, Mozart Data. It provides us a softer Call-To-Action on our website and enables us to guide our potential customers' experience, thanks to its excellent storytelling capabilities.
