Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We've used ScreenSpace in a number of ways:
- As product overview on our main marketing site to explain the benefits of our platform
- As a product tutorial inside of our platform for self-service onboarding, saving our account management team hundreds of hours
- As a sales tool, letting salespeople stay in one platform, rather than bouncing between sales decks, spreadsheets, and our platform.

Pros and Cons

The interface is easier to use than Powerpoint/Google Slides/Keynote.
The customization possibilities are easy to grasp and implement, without being overwhelming to non-designers.
The customer service goes above and beyond.

It would be nice to have a way of organizing or tagging different creations, either by department using them or by use case.

Return on Investment

It has definitely shifted our account management team's time from overview discussions to in-depth consultative work with clients.

It's a great tool for companies that have a technology platform and want to let users explore particular parts of interest to them, companies with sales teams that want to present more in-depth than a deck - particularly well-suited for Zoom-type pitches, and for letting users self-navigate FAQs/knowledge-base type of information. It's not so great for companies that don't have content or information that goes in-depth.
