Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sellercloud connects all my channels to my 3PL fulfillment warehouse and provides all the inventory and order functionality that we require. We enter wholesale orders manually or by bulk update and online channels are connected for automatic upload of inventory, download of orders and upload of tracking. We are a small company with a large volume of sales and Sellercloud allows us to manage this with a minimum of effort and people.

Pros

  • Multichannel / Omnichannel connectivity to integrate with a ridiculous number of channels
  • Cost effective solution compared to Netsuite/ChannelAdvisor
  • Reliable with great support

Cons

  • User Interface is a bit of a mess and needs an upgrade but you get used to it over time
  • Support is impersonal and they have a confusing ticket system
