Chatbots and messaging

The Chatbot builder supports Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, and Viber, along with website live chat. Teams can create automated flows, transfer conversations to human agents, capture subscriber data, and accept payments through supported providers. SendPulse also supports advertising campaigns that direct users from WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram ads into chatbot conversations. The vendor is a Meta Business Partner and an official WhatsApp Business API provider.

CRM and team workflows

The built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system connects contacts, conversations, deals, tasks, and documents. Teams can manage sales pipelines, assign deals, delegate tasks, set reminders, and access messaging conversations through an omnichannel inbox. Multi-user access and role controls are available, with limits varying by service and subscription tier.

AI capabilities

SendPulse’s AI assistant can generate or revise campaign copy, create chatbot flows and website blocks, translate messages, capture customer information, create deals, and update CRM records. Chatbots can also use connected AI models to answer routine questions, process voice messages, and continue automated workflows before handing conversations to an employee.

Additional tools

SendPulse also provides SMS messaging, web push notifications, websites and landing pages, pop-ups, NPS widgets, an online course builder, APIs, and more than 40 listed integrations. Connectors are available for automation services including Make and n8n. Customer support operates 24/7 in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Russian.
