It allows you to reach out to our customer base and discuss updates, sales, education, and much more. I am grateful to have reached out to them and to have gained brand loyalty in the process. Our open rates weren't ideal with other email marketing software, but Mailchimp has since fixed that, thankfully. They also make audiences much easier to target. We've also been using their form function lately, which has helped us tremendously since leaving HubSpot. Overall, their design capabilities and deliverability rates have greatly improved our email marketing strategy.

The email design functions are intuitive and allow for easy customization.
Their tagging system helps us segment emails more effectively for better content for different audiences.
The new form function has helped us to collect more demo requests.

Cons

The forms could be more customizable.
I wish it were easier to consolidate different tags into one large audience.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to manage our Email Campaigns and use Automation to remind customers about purchases they did and to interact with customers who have added products to cart but did not buy those. We do use it for followup email where customers bought our products and are using then we contact them for further offers and upsells. Also, we manage multiple lists of our customers through this platform.

We could analyse the customers' patterns with email campaign reports they have, which also had a great impact to improve the marketing campaigns, which ultimately resulted in improved revenue
The marketing team became so efficient with the use of the page templates for email campaigns, which again was a huge plus and quick to create any campaign

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Intuit Mailchimp for email marketing, automation and A/B testing in our communications. We are in the process of integrating to our CRM creating landing pages for lead generation. Also we are debating if we implement SMS as well since we want one platform to concentrate all our efforts.

A majority of our clients are retainer-based. However, we do take on short-term projects, and some of these clients may not fully understand the breadth of what we do. We use Intuit Mailchimp campaigns to upsell existing clients and re-engage former clients through educational content, company updates, and industry news.

I see Intuit Mailchimp as a consistent and trusted brand. It's one of the first and although the brand has obviously evolved over the years, I still think of it as a go-to platform for email marketing.
