Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We tried SiftHub to helps answer RFPs with a quick turn around time and a good degree of accuracy. The sales function also uses it to help answer technical questions and questionnaires around the product capabilities, compliance and integration frameworks. Recently we also tried using their AI teammate feature to help sales function summarise deal actions.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use SiftHub for answering all the Client faced documents like RFP questionnaires, Due Diligence questionnaires and in day to day questions that I have on Company's policies

Pros

  • All the relevant resources are conveniently located in one place, which makes it easier to find the answers I need. And the chrome extension eases the process.
  • SiftHub has been helpful to me when it comes to answering lengthy and detailed questionnaires that I receive from both prospective and existing clients. These questionnaires are either for RFP's or for Vendor Due Diligence
  • Internal collaboration helps me to coordinate with all the teams who are responsible for filling up the questionnaires. Also it helps me in evidence collection which I can locate from the source of the answers that are generated using SiftHub

Cons

  • I use SiftHub for getting answers for different entities and the answer that I receive is not specific or related to the entity that I need answer for
  • The web application can be made more user friendly as i use chrome extension more often than not as it is a bit complicated.
  • Evidence attachment feature is missing. There are questionnaires that needs evidences to be attached that we are doing manually as of now

Return on Investment

  • From my role perspective, I can not comment on ROI but SiftHub has helped us in effectively managing the RFP process internally. It reduces the time that we spent on these submissions which overall impacts the ROI
  • It helps us in maintaining the robust repository which in turn helps us in getting upto date and relevant answers
  • We have significantly increased our RFP participation in the geographies that we operate. Internally also there are more people using the tool in there day to day use to get relevant answers. In short, it saves everyone's time.
