What is Solid User Tests?
Solid is a user testing solution featuring Anna, a virtual avatar, that moderates tests for the user.
Solid allows researchers to run tests where testers don't behave unnaturally. They are not told to read scripts or think aloud in unusual sequences. This hurts their testing experience. Instead, Solid gives them space to go at their own pace, and to think aloud only when they become silent.
Solid enables users to test prototypes, websites and native apps, or anything as long as a link is provided. Anna will run as many tests as needed, so research can be done at scale.
There are no installations to use Solid, and it's built and maintained in Switzerland with the goal of total GDPR Compliance.
