SplitRun

SplitRun is residual and commission software for payments ISOs, sub-ISOs and agent offices in the United States and Canada. It turns the monthly residual reports an ISO receives from its processors into agent commissions, statements, payouts and a view of the book, replacing the spreadsheet most offices use for this work.

What it does

ISOs upload the residual and profit reports they already receive from processors such as Fiserv, Elavon, Payarc and Paysafe, each in its own layout, including multi-tab and multi-row files. SplitRun matches every merchant to the agents who own it and applies the ISO's agreements: a rate per agent and per income type, merchants shared between agents, manager and upline overrides, and software, gateway, affiliate and referral deductions applied in a set order. Every rate carries an effective date, so a past month always reproduces the same result, and every figure on a statement traces back to a line on the processor's report.

Who uses it

Owner-operated ISOs and sub-ISOs from a few agents to a few dozen, and the operations or finance person who runs residuals each month. Agents use the portal to check their own statements.

What it is not

SplitRun is not a CRM. It does not handle leads, merchant applications, boarding, underwriting or support tickets, and it does not move money. It produces statements and a payout summary; the ISO pays agents through its bank or payroll provider. It runs alongside existing boarding and CRM tools.
