My department is a the only department using StarChapter. I help to plan an annual payroll/HR conference and we handle all of our communications with StarChapter. StarChapter is also running our conference website where attendees can view information and/or register and have the convenience of paying online.

The blast communications are clear and easy to read.
Reporting- the reports within StarChapter are very helpful and easy to use.
The tools for tracking attendee information are super easy to use.

The admin portion of the system is a bit clunky. It is not very user friendly.
It’s not very intuitive.

It helps us to track revenues.
It helps us to track attendees’ information.
It is a great tool for sending email blasts.

I use it to track and manage a professional development organization for about 100-200 members. StarChapter allows me to manage the webside and communications to members as well as event registrations all in one system.
