I help to plan an annual payroll/HR conference and we handle all of our communications with StarChapter. StarChapter is also running our conference website where attendees can view information and/or register and have the convenience of paying online.,The blast communications are clear and easy to read.
Reporting- the reports within StarChapter are very helpful and easy to use.
The tools for tracking attendee information are super easy to use.,The admin portion of the system is a bit clunky. It is not very user friendly.
