Overall Satisfaction with StarChapter

My department is a the only department using StarChapter. I help to plan an annual payroll/HR conference and we handle all of our communications with StarChapter. StarChapter is also running our conference website where attendees can view information and/or register and have the convenience of paying online.
  • The blast communications are clear and easy to read.
  • Reporting- the reports within StarChapter are very helpful and easy to use.
  • The tools for tracking attendee information are super easy to use.
  • The admin portion of the system is a bit clunky. It is not very user friendly.
  • It’s not very intuitive.
  • It helps us to track revenues.
  • It helps us to track attendees’ information.
  • It is a great tool for sending email blasts.
I have not yet used other products similar to StarChapter.
StarChapter is a great tool to send blast communications to your clients. It is also a great tool for tracking revenue. The only thing I do not appreciate is that it is not user friendly or intuitive.
