Stripe Billing

Stripe is the primary checkout platform for my organization. We connect with it through our API to create and manage subscriptions, and our CS team leverages the platform to review payments and update plans for existing users. Stripe is integral to our running of our payments system for our SaaS.

We use Stripe Billing to bill our B2B customers and for our B2B customers to bill their customers. This is quite a complex requirement but Stripe Billing allows us to easily review this information, report on it and achieve the outcomes we are looking for. We do this across 4 regions in Europe and also in the US.

We use Stripe for recurring billing for our SaaS product, and for one-off purchases from our site. We migrated from a different payment processor in order to provide a more modern and seemless purchase process. We are currently working to migrate existing customers to Stripe as well. When that is done, Stripe will be our only payment processor.

• Stripe provides a much cleaner purchase process than our previous solution, but since we deployed Stripe at the same time as we deployed a complete rewrite of our site, it's difficult to know exactly what impact it's had.

We use Stripe to handle all of our e-commerce. We are a SaaS startup and most of our revenue is subscription based. We also use it for promos/discounts and keeping track of customers on a revenue basis. We have integrated it with a referral platform to manage commissions as well. Stripe solves our payment processing issues and can throw off some good data for making decisions.

• By managing our e-commerce, Stripe makes it easy to have a subscription business, so it automates the whole thing.
• ROI would be much higher with better analytics -- having to create reports and segment customers manually is a pain and definitely eats into the ROI of the product
• I would also like to see more AI applied to the reporting and data for better insights

Our startup company operates an online SaaS business that depends on Stripe to process our monthly subscription services payments and renewals. We integrated Stripe's API into our online web platform, where our end-users then sign-up and pay. Stripe provides the credit card payment form, processes the payments for us, direct deposits the payments into our bank account every few days, and also sends follow-ups to users that have failed payments.
